filetto di salmone congelato&lt;br /&gt;1/2 scatolina di panna di soia&lt;br /&gt;un cucchiaio e mezzo di pepe rosa&lt;br /&gt;vino bianco o cognac per sfumare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;br /&gt;Togliete la pelle al salmone.Successivamente mettete il salmone in padella con un pochino d'olio a fuoco basso.Di tanto in tanto girate le parti in modo che cuocia bene.&lt;br /&gt;Sfumate con un pò di vino bianco, aggiungete il mezzo cucchiaio di pepe rosa (verso quasi la fine della cottura) e quando vedrete che il salmone è ben cotto aggiungete la type='html'>ingredienti per 2/3 persone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1kg di acciughe&lt;br /&gt;2 fette di pane raffermo o mollica di kamut o farro&lt;br /&gt;3 foglie di lattuga&lt;br /&gt;un pizzico di maggiorana&lt;br /&gt;farina di kamut&lt;br /&gt;pan grattato di kamut o farro&lt;br /&gt;sale q.b&lt;br /&gt;uno spicchio&lt;br /&gt;formaggio grattugiato (se volete)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pulite bene le acciughe togliendo anche le spine.&lt;br /&gt;Apritele a metà e battetele. cipolla, le zucchine a dadini&amp;nbsp; e il salmone.&lt;br /&gt;Poi  mettete su una pentola con acqua e sale, e quando&amp;nbsp; bolle buttateci la  pasta di kamut ; 5 minuti prima che la pasta sia pronta buttateci le  zucchine.&lt;br /&gt;Fate rosolare la cipolla,&amp;nbsp;  e quando è quasi ben dorata  aggiungetevi il salmone e i 3 cucchiai di vino bianco. rosalete ancora  per 5 minuti aggiungetevi la panna, salate,e dopo qualche minuto  aggiungete la pasta&amp;nbsp; e le zucchine.&lt;br /&gt;Fate saltare il tutto in una padella o meglio ancora in una wok e poi servite .&lt;br /&gt;Voledno potete aggiungervi un pò di pepe&amp;nbsp; color: blue;"&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Tagliate la zucca a dadi e fatela bollire per 5-7 minuti circa&amp;nbsp; finche non è un pò morbida... non fatela bollire troppo perchè se no perde le sue proprietà nutritive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Nel frattempo tagliate i porri e fateli rosolare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Quando sono dorati aggiungetevi il riso, mescolate per un minuto e poi aggiungetevi&amp;nbsp; Lasciare bollire dai 10 ai 18minuti, a seconda di come preferite le verdure …tagliarle a dadini o come più vi piace&lt;br /&gt;3-(a scelta) mettere il peperone nel forno per 20 minuti circa… toglierlo e levarci la buccia..questo serve per renderlo più digeribile,e tagliarlo a dadini o come più vi piace.&lt;br /&gt;4-tagliare la cipolla e il sedano e farli rosolare con un goccio di olio.&lt;br /&gt;5- a questo punto unite tutti gli ingredienti(peperone,carote,zucchine cipolla, salsa di pomodoro) e aggiungetevi la besciamella. La besciamella potete o prenderla già confezionata e quindi aggiungervi la noce moscata,o farla sostituendo alla ricetta base la farina con la farina di farro,kamut, e riso e il latte con il latte di soia,facendo molta attenzione a non formare grumi.&lt;br /&gt;6-portare a bollore una pentola e immergervi le lasagne 2 minuti ,e poche alla volta…dopodiché in una teglia unta adagiatevi le lasagne formando uno strato e poi aggiungete il composto di soia e verdure…riformate cosi altri due strati. All’ ultimo strato se volete aggiungetevi del formaggio grattugiato.. mettete in forno per circa 20min.. e servite. line-height: 100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;1 petto di pollo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;curcuma/curry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;latte di soia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;riso basmati&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;3 patate circa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tagliate il pollo e le patate a dadini di medie dimensioni.Dopo di che, ungete una teglia da forno con dell'olio, buttatevi il pollo e le patate tagliate,il curcuma e mischiate il tutto finche appunto patate e pollo non siano ricoperti di curcuma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A questo punto infornate il tutto per 20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo mette su una pentola con dell'acqua, salatela&amp;nbsp;e quando bolle buttatevi il riso basmati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Passati 20 minuti mette il pollo,le patate in padella o wok con del latte di soia..... fate cuocere per circa 10 minuti in modo che si formi un buon sughetto di curcuma a secondo poi di come preferite.(se volete il tutto più asciutto metterete poco latte e fare cuocere di più; basterà aggiungere più panna di soia e volendo anche un goccio di latte di soia, e ovviamente diminuire la dose di mollica di pane.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;se volete la salsa più &lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;densa&lt;/span&gt; tentativi... alla fine con qualche idea e l aituo di Andre  sono riuscita a fare la besciamella per preparare una specie di  parmigiana alle zucchine che se riesce posterò anche questa ricetta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;1l. di latte di soia&lt;br /&gt;100g farina di farro&lt;br /&gt;100 ml. di olio extravergine d’oliva&lt;br /&gt;sale q.b&lt;br /&gt;un pizzico di noce moscata tritata&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;scaldare  l’olio a fiamma bassa, toglierlo dal fuoco e aggiungere la farina  lentamente mescolando bene fino a formare una specie di polentina  volendo la farina si può anche settacciarla prima in modo da vere meno  difficoltà durante la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungere sale e noce moscata e  quindi il latte che avremo precedentemente riscaldato. Il latte deve  essere aggiunto poco per volta mescolando di continuo per non far creare  grumi. funghi</title><content type='html'>è una ricetta che in questo periodo si adatta molto..ed è buonissima..  inoltre la polenta di farro rimane molto più leggera di quella di mais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;per 4 persone circa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;Farina di farro&lt;br /&gt;acqua&lt;br /&gt;sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fate  bollire circa 3 litri d’acqua salata in un tegame capiente e poco alla  volta aggiungete la farina di farro mescolando sempre preferibilmente con un cucchiaio  di legno, per circa 20 minuti..&lt;br /&gt;è ovvio che se la volete piu densa dovrà cuocere di più se no anche dopo 20 minuti va bene.&lt;br /&gt;Inoltre  se ve ne avanza il giorno dopo potete decidere o di farla in padella e  poi condirla come meglio credete o riscaldandola al micronde è buona lo  stesso.&lt;br /&gt;Noi generalmente di ogni piatto ne facciamo sempre in più cosi ci rmane per il giorno dopo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;SUGO DI FUNGHI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;1 PORCINO O UNA MANCIATA DI FUNGHI SECCHI&lt;br /&gt;2 MANCIATE DI GALLETTI&lt;br /&gt;1 SPICCHIO D'AGLIO ( PER CHI VUOLE)&lt;br /&gt;PREZZEMOLO&lt;br /&gt;850 G DI PELATI E O DI SALSA DI POMODORO&lt;br /&gt;1 CIPOLLA GROSSA&lt;br /&gt;1 CAROTA&lt;br /&gt;1 CASSERUOLA DI TERRACOTTA&lt;br /&gt;1 CUCCHIAIO ZUCCHERO DI CANNA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pulite i funghi freschi.&lt;br /&gt;se invece avete i funghi secchi mettili a bagno per mezz'ora in poca acqua tiepida.&lt;br /&gt;Dopo mezz'ora scolateli e tritateli ma tenete l'acqua che aggiungerete poi al sugo.&lt;br /&gt;Tritare la cipolla, l'aglio, e la carota e rosolateli nell'olio.&lt;br /&gt;e tritate anche i galletti.. secondo i vostri gusti.&lt;br /&gt;Quando il soffritto è ben ammorbidito aggiungete i galletti e i porcini tritati lasciate insaporire per 10 minuti circa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una  volta che i porcini sono cotti salate, cospargete di prezzemolo tritato  e dopo qualche minuto unite i pelati o la salsa di pomodoro aggiungendo  poca alla volta l'acqua dei funghi secchi.&lt;br /&gt;fate cuocere ancora per cun oretta con un coperchio a fuoco basso mescolando di tanto in tanto.&lt;br /&gt;Verso la fine togliete il coperchio e lasciatelo asciugare sempre a fuoco basso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a questo punto servite su un piatto la polenta e sopra aggiungetevi il sugo di funghi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il sugo potete farlo anche solo con i funghi secchi e i galletti se li avete è ovvio che un procino dà più gusto&lt;div pelati o salsa di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;besciamella di soia (vedere ricetta postata)&lt;br /&gt;sale q.b&lt;br /&gt;parmiggiano (se volete)&lt;br /&gt;pan grattato di kamut/ farro&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tagliare  le zucchine sottili e per lungo; poi posatele su una piastra e fatele  cuocere( volendo potete anche fare bollire sempre per rimanere leggeri)&lt;br /&gt;e mettele su un piatto poco per volta.&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattampo fate la besciamella e frullate i pelati con un pò di sale...&lt;br /&gt;quando la besciamella è pronta aggiungetevi il sugo di pomodoro frullato.&lt;br /&gt;Ungete  una teglia d'olio di oliva e poi mettetevi del pane grattuggiato e  ricoprite con uno strato di zucchine e poi uno strato di besciamella e  cosi via..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;io l 'ho fatta di 3 strati.&lt;br /&gt;dopo di che mettete la teglia in forno a 200° per 40 minuti circa..&lt;br /&gt;sfornate e servite con del parmiggiano se vi va&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;era
